Gravestone Jib? Really?

This might have already been brought up but I have to ask, is anybody else a little shocked to see a gravestone jib on the front of newschoolers when they log in? Isn't that a bit, I dunno, disrespectful (despite the obvious steeze)l?

It's a thin line, people are dead, they won't care. If it was something that actually damaged a grave then that's not cool for the immediate family.

Yeah, don't get me wrong, it's a cool pic but I can't help but imagine the conversation between the skier and the photographer....
"Dude, let's go build a jump in that cemetery. That headstone is prime for a hand drag"
"That's a sick idea! You should probably tail tap it too!" haha whatever though. not really offended, just surprised.

yea this seemed funny to me because i was in a cemetary with some friend and i pointed out how there were some nice jibs, but it seems so wrong to ski in a cemetary i mean its just immoral.

Ya, if I was the person paying to keep my families grave nice and tidy I might have an issue with someone jibbing the headstone. Not a big deal, but there are definitely a lot of other options, haha.

yea that was the first thing that i thought when i saw it. I was like "hmmmm really?, you didn't think this through did you"

Just a thought, but those headstones look FAR too close together for a graveyard.

Maybe those are just old headstones that have been replaced? The one that he's "jibbing" has another one resting on it...

This.

Or my other though is thats a place that sells Gravestones.. Kinda looks like they are scattered around randomly and theres no engraving on them from what I can see.

That's honestly really disrespectful.

I'm actually kind of offended. Jibbing rails, walls, and all other sorts of assorted material is fine by me, but gravestones? Sure it's a sick shot, trick, and idea, but I think that it's profane to do something like that. Imagine the families who pay for the headstone and commit time and resources to remember their deceased?

So although it was cool, I wish they had chosen a different spot to have Cusson throw down. If it wasn't a real grave, disregard my comments, and please continue :)

is it really hurting anyone? he did a handplant which probably didnt leave a mark and its really not that disrespectful
