What is trailing and leading in grabs?

Trailing is grabbing with the same hand as the direction you are spinning, Leading is the opposite hand if i remember correctly.

I have always wondered why it would be that way considering if you grab with the same hand youre spining it seems to me like it would be leading the spin, but whatevs

It's actually exactly like this. Leading = grab with the same hand as the direction of the spin.

But seriously op couldn't you just look it up? You'd get the right answer much quicker and there wouldn't be another pointless thread.
