Got in the New York Times!

This is quite the claim thread but I'm super excited that I got a little paragraph on me in a recent New York Times article on ski jumping. http://www.nytimes.com/2012/02/17/sports/in-new-hampshire-high-school-ski-jumping-still-flies.html?pagewanted=1&_r=1

It's my first year trying ski jumping and I've had a super fun season. We have our state meet tonight and that is it for the year.

Here is the paragraph:

Some overcome jitters quicker than others. Freestyle skiers, like the

newcomer Ian McCluskey, a junior from Hopkinton, throw themselves off

the jump with abandon. As he flew past at one practice, black dreadlocks

shaking from underneath his helmet, Concord Coach John Fulton said,

“He’s got springs on him!”

lol @ your coach. He gets one sentence in the NY Times for his entire life/career and he can't even speak correctly.

maybe cutting your dreads would make you more aerodynamic haha but that's sweet and best of luck to ya at the meet
