Got beat up in my own home then robbed.

I was having a party with some friends who invited a couple of more, that they knew and convinced me that they were legit, and they would never do anything like fighting nor stealing.

The clock turns 4 and the my friend who knew the other guys had gone hope. As the party is about to end I tell people that I'd like them to leave now. I get completely ignored, then I proceed to go looking for my friend who was stayting over. When I walked down my garden I noticed light being turned on in my parents bedroom and i witnessed two people stealing from me. I quickly go inside and question them, and they came up with lame excuses. I then walk around to the other guests and ask them who stole and what they took, I then gets told to fuck off and watch out what I'm saying or I could get serious hurt.

Feeling insecure in my own damn house I pick up my phone and dial 112 (911) When I was about to press the green phone to start the call I get hit so hard in the head I pass out for a minute. My friend carries my down in my garden, where I lie and bleed so badly from my face. I then hear them pushing my friend and kicking him while hes lying on the ground. They then leave him alone and threatend us both to the death if we contact the police in any way.

They then start to rob my house, taking anything they can find of value while they're waiting for a cab to go home. They have stolen for about 20.000 dkk (4.000 USD).

I have reported them to the police and they're looking forward to atleast 3 years in jail each.

They beat up two miniors, on the miniors property.

They threathend my friend and I to the death if we contacted the police. (Said they were going to send some bad people after us and cut us with knives)

They robbed my house.

If we go to court they may get over 10 years each.

I am left with a light concussion, swollen lips and looking forward to get a scar on my lower lip.

NS, what the fuck is wrong with people?
 
I was allowed to have a party. Normally people are nice, and I like to see the good in people. And yes, we got their names on Facebook so the police is bringing them in sometime this week.
 
man you shoulda taken care of buisness and found them later.. it would be much more rewarding
 
Shit son, that blows. But in fairness, thats the risk you run when you open up your (or your parents) house to complete strangers and parties.
 
My brother already got the adress on all of them, but doing something in return will just ruin the case and they will go free. I'd rather they rot in prison and have their future destroyed.

This is also the reason I only let legit friends come to parties at my home or we hold the party at the beach (I live near a lake.)

In my mind Denmark is such a happy and crime-free place, I think I have to change that thought. I geuss it's still better then over here in The Netherlands.

It is really a not-really-any-crime place, which is also why I put some trust into my friend letting me know that they were legit. Now I have experience on that point and this kind of thing won't happen agian, In my house.
 
are you worried about the threats of others getting to you? I would be scared of that. Check with the cops. Im sure something along the lines of: if anything happens to you and is related to them, they get a double sentance or something.

id say before the court date you get as much shit on them as you can possible find anything you can use against them and fuck them over in court, jail will ruin their lives
 
Thats why you also hide all of your valuables when people come over for a party. Lock and Key. Regardless of how nice they are, how much you trust them, people and alcohol can be a bad combo. I know you didnt know these two kids, but its just some advice for next time. Their lives are ruined if they go to jail. Just revel in that fact.
 
this. everyone thinks you'll be some hot shit for taking them down on your own. but big deal, you give them a beating (which might not even happen) and thats it. give them a couple years in jail, they'll surly remember that.
 
Damn man vibes. Here in Nj most parties are pretty chill, mostly due to the fact that the cops show up so fast hahaha

THE happiest country in the world!? thats the last place i would expect something like that to happen.

Damn that sucks bro but if i had a party and I saw people stealing shit and telling me to fuck off I would have grabbed a bat instead of a phone
 
Trust me, If I lived in USA I would've gone crazy and not give a fuck what they would've done to me. In Denmark you're not allowed to defend your home the same way, if I would've gone back in my house and started to beat up people I would've gone to Jail also.
