possibly the 2 goriest movies i have ever seen would be the directors cut of day of the dead(holy shit man), and house of 1000 corpses. man, i gotta say that there was just too much gore in both of those movies.

hopefuly u'll still have a few more years of health, and mental abilities before u become the inevitable vegetable- what i wrote in my dads birthday card
 
Dude, my friends won't let me see House of a Thousand Corpses cause they know I'll be grossed out. They don't wanna deal with me being up all night. They were grossed out and I've NEVER seen them grossed out.

Cannibal Ferox - yeah, I've heard of that. Have you seen the infamous Cannibal Holocaust? I've been meaning to download it for a while, but not many sources available.

 
cannibal holocaust or zombie holocaust?

cannibal holocaust is fucking intense. you have to be hardcore to watch that...one of the only movies to make me cringe in disgust (cannibal ferox is the other)

zombie holocaust isn't too bad, i have that in my dvd collection. I am going to add CH to my collection as soon as i have an extra $50 to spend on the good edition.

dead alive really didn't impress me all that much.

re-animator has just are much gore.

Cannibal Ferox is banned in many countries because it looks too much like a snuff film...same with cannibal holocaust cuz of the brutal rape scenes.

ah ok well here it goes:

cannibal ferox and cannibal holocaust are the most gory movies next to only one series made in japan, first a little thing cannibal holocaust has a story unlike cannibal ferox, both are gory thouhg, the animal killin is kinda of not necessary, especially the turtle gutting scene in ch

anyways,,, the most goriest films of all time (well i havent seen it but it apparantly is) come from this crazy japanese guy, the series is called guinea pig, look it up, it too has been banned everywhere for along time i think tehre are 6 movies in the series, anyways click here (check that link to see about getting a copy of these movies and reading a little bit more into the controversy, i have not scene them yet but ive read alot about the series and everyone ssays they are much worse then the cannbial series

the dude who did the guinea pig movies was sent one of the first ever snuff films by a fan. but he swears he sent it to the police as evidence; i think that the guy did make a scene smilar to that film in one of the movies though

they are 30 year old movies made in the hayday of ultra violent horror movies. Directors like Umberto Lenzi, Lucio Fulci and others paved the way for the sort of gore we see in theatres and movies today. The only difference is, they had limited means to create their art and NO USE OF COMPUTERS. The reasons these movies are so shocking is because the detail of the special effects makes it hard to believe that they are fake...BUT...and it is a huge but, every movie from Cannibal Ferox to Zombie Holocaust to the Guinea Pig series and even Cannibal Holocaust which at the end of the movie claims the cannibal footage is legit, have been investigated sooo many times by so many agencies and they have been declared to be simulated.

Sure some of it may be graphic and not everyone's cup of tea, but i love horror movies and i love the pictures that Grindhouse Films put out in the late 70's. Who are you to say i am sick because i enjoy a type of movie that is different from the bubble gum fair that's polluting mainstream right now. It's all fake, and the ingenious and the directors desire to produce a purely shocking film is really quite amazing.

These types of movies are no different from the blaxploitation movies of the late 60's/early 70's or any other sub-genre of films.

You have obviously completely missed the point of this discussion, but that's to be expected from someone who has no knowledge of it.

ya they arenn;t actualy snuff films, i just don't know where to find them, but ya some of the scenes in the cannibal movies look really real thats why they though they were snuff, probably they were thought to be so real because the quality that it was filmed in is not the greatest so the picture is not crystal clear and that makes it look more real
