umm...no im not, and im sorry that im not a fan of slow flat terrain, oh wait I take that back im not sorry! They even cut down the face of the rumor so it less steep.. so it looks like your the one that skis on the green circle trails.

i was there last yr and they r kinda makin improvments...they made the e-gully the park and they had 3 flat rails from likr 5-15 ft. an a-fram and a mini trap and a baig trap ...rumor has it they flattened the pipeand moved it in there. i'll b there alot

i wanna get up there, i haven't been there in a couple of years cause of school, but i remember the glades inbetween rumor and lies being pretty sick on the pow days...i hope we get some good pow days this season

since you live in schenectady i take it you are a weekend skier at gore. that's cool that you like 'cliffs and pow' but sadly gore doesnt get these things. I know because I live about 20 minutes down the road and I also have been skiing there since i was 5. they do have 'cliffs' if you want to call 5-7 ft drops cliffs. i wish they had better terrain but sadly they dont. and yes the park is a disgrace.

it was sick today , powder hounding every trail. untill someone went down bad on foxlare and we had to go down the backside that had all the snow blown off it , giant peice of ice. craziness.

the park may not be so bad this year..but w/e...and theres a 20 ft drop under the top ridge triple and a 15 ft drop if you go past chatiemac glades..and in between rumor and lies are some of the best trees ive ever been in..including alta,snowbird,solitude,brighton,stratton,killington,mount snow,white face etc...

there really is good snow and terrain there, it just where you go...but dont look for a park at all

Gore had a sick pipe a few years back but they havent had 1 in a while..i get a season pass to gore but when u get that u also get a season pass to whiteface so i mean gores not all bad for a few hours but whiteface is pretty sick so u get ur moneys worth for a season pass

 
i go to gore every year and idk i wasnt impressed with anything this year, seriously the park at my hill is better than theirs is. and they can do better than they have been in the past few years.

 
ok, yea i agree gore can be weak sometimes, i go there every single weekend, and like a vetran there(kinda haha), but i talked down with the managers and i was shown a catalog, and i helped pick out what new feature they will be buying(hopefully, the better) there are gunna be more boxes:ex: rollercoaster, maybe 3 kink, i don't remember what i showed them, and they are getting a real half-pipe and with lights, promised by mike pratt himself, also the new park manager that will be controlling the snow cats, knows what we want and need, so watch out gore is gunne be a new hot spot( I HOPE) also this is my 900th post whoop

I plan on hitting up gore when ever theyre gunna get slammed one weekend, the cliffs and BC ish stuff is nice, though i have been there in a few years, theyre park was a joke, there jumps were rollers and the rails were lame, but the stuff that powder makes fun is classic, i ended up wit a scar from my lower butt to mid back from a wicked two stage cliff up there!

yea thats y i go to gore it helps if u know some crazy instructors and ur dad is friends with the guy that runs it u get to know everyhting about the mountain even though when ur pullin backflips and he comes and yells at u that really sucks gore's park isn't a park its snow in a big pile
