Gopros on guns

so ive seen gopros mounted on the barrel of a paintball gun and it gave me the idea to mount it to my 12 guage and get some cool shots at the range and possibly hunting. what do you guys think? do you think the gopro can handle being mounted on the barrel of a shotgun?

it might crack the housing if you mount it firmly, the kick of a 12 gauge is "slightly" more powerful than that of a pb gun, but i honestly think it can handle it ....

bullshit. mine got shot with a paintball gun while in the case and the little screen on the front is fucked. Worst of all damage to the camera is not under warranty.

I do feel for you... But I think he is asking if the kick of the gun will affect the camera . Not if you shoot something and it hits the camera loll

It depends on what kind of shotgun you have. If you have a one barrelled semi-automatic shotgun with low recoil, ill think you'll be ok. But if it is a two barrelled shotgun, with wooden stock and all of that, i wouldnt count on it, it has so much more recoil..
