Thinking of getting a gopro wonderin if it's worth the money getting the 1080p -$300 or if the lower quality is just as good like the HD hero 960p for $180
 
^^this is what you're really missing out on !
i hardly ever even use the 1080 mode, but i do use the 60fps one virtually all the time ...
 
get the 1080p you can't add the accessories like the lcd screen or battery bacpac on the 960 and the 1080 has 60fps
 
I own the 1080 hd helmet hero gopro and have to say its one of the best camreas i have. i compared it to my buddies 960 gopro and the diffrence is amazing. the 1080 looks way sharper and has much better color contrast. i would deffintly suggest going all the way on this one
 
i have a 960 and its perfect.... I dont get why i would go to 1080 for like 120 dollors more and maybe for an lcd screen... I would go with the 960
 
The 960 doesn't work with the 3D case... so I'd say go for the 1080.

I'm excited to try out the 3D case with a friend's camera! It's going to make 3D edits so popular.
 
It's really worth the extra loot. If you don't have the cash it's still a sick cam, but it is def worth it to spend the extra loot if you've got it.
