Okay so I'm still a noob with my GoPro and need a little help...

I've been playing around with different FPS modes in different resolutions, knowing that lower FPS are ideal for slow motion shots and higher FPS for fast motion. But I can't seem to figure out why there is a cut in the shot when I upload them to view on studio. Anyone know why this is?
 
Actually, you got it mixed up. If you're filming a normal speed shot and you want higher resolution then you use low fps. If you are filming a slo mo shot you turn it to a higher fps but consequently you lose a little bit of resolution.

And what do you mean by a cut in the shot?
