Gopro Help

Hey ns,

everytime I turn on my gopro it says FUL on it and I assume that means full but I plugged it in and deleted all of the footage of the gopro then turned it on again later and it still says FUL. Does anyone know what I need to do?
 
I did zero research on this but I am willing to be that an email to something like help@gopro.com or info@gopro.com might supply some results.
