Good winter forecast

It says the Ottawa/Gatinau region will be colder than usual, with average snowfall. Hopefully this is true, because it would be a huge improvement from last year.

Won't believe it t'ill the snow is on the ground. They can't predict Fridays weather so how can they get a winter right? They definitely didn't get last winter right either...
