Good Video Thumbnails

Really interested if anyone knows how to make these type of thumbnails for their edits. Looks really professional and creative. Also what program, Im guessing After Affects? Examples and explanations of own work would be great +K. Thanks

I don't know how to do it, id like to do. I'll advocate for an explanation from someone, id like to do something like this in my next edit.

Looks to me like they just grabbed a still from the video (or took two layers and overlaid them), and then threw some text over it in photoshop or a similar program.

Create a Photoshop file in the dimensions of your video and start creating. Save it, go into settings on your video and upload under the Video Thumbnail section. Quite easy actually.
