Legalize drugs and treat is as a health/safety issue vs criminal issue

I've managed to make it from senior year in HS English to College Writing II with the same paper with a little variation each time, as well as turning it in to my final presentation for Communications 110 last year.

Argue that climate change is being massively influenced by human activity. Not because you have to agree, but because everything you need to write such essay is on one, easily navigated website. Fuck it even cross-examines your essay for you...

why marijuana should be legalized would be quite easy. So much content (vs cigs, vs alcohol, medical uses, textile uses, tex revenue, etc.)
 
do it on persuasion... It will have more wordplay than any essay ever written, teacher will give you 110% for thinking outside the box.
 
Wow came in to sarcastically suggest legalizing weed didn't think so many people would seriously suggest it. What better way to tell your teacher you are stoner who lacks creativity
 
I think double jeopardy and the fact that a hung jury results in a mistrial (leading to a second trial) could be an interesting topic
 
Write one to persuade people that you're the best skier on the mountain. 1 GNAR point per word. No GNAR points unless the essay includes the line "I can't even believe you're the teacher, I'm so much better than you."

Probably shouldn't do that but if you want to go that direction at least make it somewhat scientifically backed. For example you could say men are more likely to get ____ job because _____. Then use stats, psychological facts, and science in general to back it up. When you use something that's potentially offending like "men are better than women" do it in a way that's respectable but proven so that it doesn't invalidate your opinion.

I did a persuasive speech on physician assisted suicide. It's easily argued based on both fact and opinion. It's not extremely original but most people don't have the balls to talk about it which makes it more uncommon.
