Good swimming/cliff jumping spots around Montreal?

Looking to head out of the city tomorrow and find a nice swimming spot, preferably with something tall to jump off. Not looking to drive more than an hour-ish outside of Montreal, rivers and lakes would be the best. Anyone got a good one? Thanks!

I can't get onto this Google Map right now but I made it a while back and if you can manage to get the link open it might have some spots near you

I got the link open without a problem, sick map man. However I didn't see anything around Montreal, am I missing something? Thanks for the post

^ I think they had a death there so idk if it's safe/ legal anymore

Also check outhttp://www.swimmingholes.org/on.html , I don't know any of the towns near Montreal so see if you recognize anything

sweet dude. yeah i found cascades but also saw about the death, not sure if it's the move. and will do, thanks!
