Good spots in Fredericton

I came to Fredericton for university so I don't know if there are any good spots to build jumps. I have a couple of ideas for campus but security would probably shut that down. So it would be appreciated if some people could tell where some are for the days i can't go to crabbe. thanks

i dont live there anymore but last year and years before people always went sliding and built jumps on the hill by the lower "pit" gym or whatever its called. the places near the lower soccer field. security never flipped out about that shit. if you are lookin for urban too good luck...its hard to find any good urban in freddy :(

that hill is now a great big hole haha, and for urban ryan is right, there is nothing good, st marys maybe when there is a lot of snow

Hey Dude, I'm in freddy, There's a few places that people build jumps. I've built right below the old arts building a few times, the only problem you'll get from the security is if you hassle people or make it obvious that you're building jumps, so build at night if you build on campus.

2 winters ago I also built a Jib park on the side of regent street, but it got torn down, might be worth trying to build it again.

I've also started looking at a few places on campus for hips and spines, there are some good tow-in areas too.

Sorry for the double post, but I forgot to mention that there's a spot on Smythe street, about half way down on the right (going down the hill) that has a nice run in, but a shallow landing, there's usually a small jump built there. I'm trying to hunt down the perfect spot to set up, so once we get some snow, the hunt is on!

hah i hit up that jib park before it got torn apart, it was made out of old guard rails and shit lol. and the shit on smythe always looks sketchy but is worth a shot. hmmm if anyone knows where the woodlot is i remember seein footy from some people buildin jumps in there at one time. also if anyone is at crabbe from any day after the 29th ill be in town ridinggggg jea.

the problem with the jump on smythe street is the landing. its a really flat landing so it limits how big of a jump you can make, and as for the woodlot i gave that a try 2 winters ago, its practically impossible its to flat in the pit for an inrun anywhere so you dont have speed for anything other than the drops, and they are not worth the effort at all.

word that one looks ill but you would need a tow or something to get speed...maybe a drop in if you are up to build one lol.

it would probably take about 4 days to dig out the dollar store rail no exageration haha, oh yeah you would also need to cut the chains at the top and the bottom of it as well

oo shit yah i forgot about the chains and shit, that stairset is pretty fucked in the winter anyways. At least crabbe's park is pretty good from what i've seen
