I'd say Avid Liquid Edition 7, Avid Xpress Pro and Sony Vegas are just as good as Premiere Pro, but none of them are free.

the one i found had the reg key included. it was sick. Just dig for it and you shall find it out there somewhere, beware that there are alotta porn sites mixed with these kinda sites.
