The second plan is less detailed, its just a big pipe bolted to wood frames at an angle so you can get air off the end.

Pretty good. that's about what I did, except I didn't have the 2x6 inbetween the pipes

nice designs...i did a similar thing except i just had a long 2x6 running the length of the rail and i bolted the PVC pipes into that.

looks like a solid construction though...tell me how it goes

some one said if u have a pvc pipe and u cut it lenght wise in have and screw (depending on width of pipe) a 2x4 or something in side the half cricle shape that that would be the best way to go if u were using pvc....but after that how do i attach it to a base? any diagrams or help would be much appreciated

stomp it and be like "bitch, suck me now" to the closest girl around -1080chubs

^the problem with cutting a PVC pipe lengthwise is that it'll crack on you. I wouldn't try doing that unless you knew what you were doing.

2004 Junior T or a 66RC fork. PM with info.

I'd sugest making both the supporting pieces directly under the metal rail sit on something, like make the bottom piece a 6x6 and it should all fit. You are creating a catilever beam there, that is one of the weakest ways to construct something. That one isn't too bad, but it'd be much, much better to support the whole thing.
