So im getting ready for college and wondering if 400$ a month is good price for rent all utilities included. Basically its a 5 room house and we have 5 people moving in and it will cost 400 a room and its a nice house internet and cable is also included in the rooms

Good price?

that aint that bad at all. i pay 525 rent plus about 30-40 a month for electric and 63 for cable and internet. and all i got is a 2 bdrm apartment.

thats good for sure. I'd go for it if you can't find anything even less with utilities. It also depends where it is though, too.

sounds decent, i pay 320/month including all utilities for a room in a big old house. i dont think i ever want to move out

yeah ut if its a college campus town in, say kentucky its going to be different (a lot less) than a college campus town in New York City.

damn i'm bouta be paying 500 + electricity and gas. 2 bedroom apartment shared by 3 people. what it does.

damn son is your apartment on a ski resort or something? im sharing a 2 bedroom with 2 other people and ours is about 500 a month total including utilities

I've got a 1 bedroom to my self, $400/month + utils comes out to about $500/mo.

Also depends HUGELY on where in the country you live, and then what area of the city you're trying to live in. Good neighborhoods cost more. In Rochester, for a houseshare like that I'd expect to pay $300-400 month all inclusive, so I think you're in the right ballpark.

Fuck, living in Calgary sucks ass, a 5 bedroom house for rent in fucking Forest Lawn, FOREST LAWN is $1295.00 per month

haha i go to school in the city and you guys think you have it bad. If I were to stay here next year, I would drop at least 1k a month...however Im transferring. Sounds like a great deal to me anyways.

400 hunid and no utility bills is a great fucking deal. if you dont hop on that shit omma come thurr and take it.
