Good place to have a meeting in Whistler?

I'm looking for a good place to have a meeting in Whistler, preferably in or close to the village centre. I'm staying in Tantalus lodge, so walking distance would be fantastic.
It'd be great if it was a casual restaurant or something, and minors allowed.Any suggestions?

CBGB if you just want like a relaxed quiet bar.... It's pretty chill there plus super comfy chairs...
