so ther other day i broke my ankle and so ive been bored as fuck and bed ridden for the last couple days and so i turn to newschoolers. what are some good movies that have really made an impression on you guys?
 
I just un-earthed Garden State after forgetting that I owned it. Such a good movie. Everything Is Illuminated is also a good one if you are looking for something a little different.
 
WORD!!! anyways, go watch crash and smokin aces and the departed and if you wanna think go watch like...that new anthony hopkins movie about crime and shit, their all ballin'
 
The Butterfly Effect was an excellent movie IMO. I was glued to the screen and my brain was doing circles. Definitely a must see. There was another movie like this, along the same lines, does anyone know what I'm talking about?
 
The Number 23. its a great movie to watch. huge twist in the end. and there is a lot of facts in the movie that probabaly non of you know right now ... so watch it.

BBC documentrys are always dope, check out the Planet Earth, Space, and shark week series.
 
Everything Is Illuminated. Can't remember if it really made me think, but it was a really awesome movie. If you're in the mood to really just cotemplate your own existance and how humans fit into things as a whole, check out Koyaaniskatsi.
 
if you wanna think. read the enders game series. im half way through the second book and its fucking crazy.
 
Zeitgeist, is absolutely insane, true or not, makes you think alot.

Garden State, is just an absolutely awesome movie, i loved it. Its really good too.
 
yeah the butterfly affect was a sick ass movie.

one flew over the cuckoo's nest was a sick movie too.

pulp fiction anyone?
