retractable poles that retract all the way up the the handle?

it think this would be good because you could put them in your pockets if you didnt want to use em or something and take em out if you wanted to.

youd have to have some damn big pockets unless they were like carbon fiber and super skinny since they would have to be small and couldnt weigh that much

i think they would be flimsy unless they were constructed similarly to a nightstick...you know like a modern day billy club
