Good Fitting Goggle/Helmet Combination Thread

Good question. I'm actually gonna get both. Gogs don't fit my exact face so much, and I kinda wrecked the lens, so gogs are getting replaced anyways.

As for the helmet, that can wait half a year or so.

And someone also said A-frames don't fit with many helmets due to their shape, and strap configuration.
 
Oakley O-Frames and every helmet known to man. I have yet to find a helmet that this does not fit perfectly with. Its just love with everything.
 
I have a Giro bad lieutenant and anon figments. I just wear the strap under the helmet, because it looks better and doesn't stretch the strap too much. It fits fine. Before taht I ahd scott goggles from sportchek and I wore them over the BL and they fit good as well. I've never had a problem with a gaper gap or anything.
 
am i the only one who thinks that g10s are cooler than g10 mxs? i just don't think a big visor is that cool or it seems like it would snap off
 
Its actually pretty durable. Its the screws you gotta watch out for, they seem to get stripped fairly easily. I dont really mind the visor tho. I think both the g10 and g10 mx are dope

I used to absolutely detest visors on helmets, but evr since seeing the G10 MX in white camo, my opinion is somewhat changed. plus I've never seen the visor durability to be a problem with anyone. I think the visor would probably help with glare and stuff. I can't afford any new equip. anyway,and helmets would probly be the last thing on my list if I could, so no G10 MX for me.
 
the G10MX is design so u can fuck around in he park with it but still gives ur eyes a little more protect from the sun in the b/c

at least thats what the giro website says
 
does anyone know how encores and figments fit? im looking to buy a pair and are wondering how well it would work also if u have it pictures would be much appreciated! thanks
 
eg.1 and hifi are like sex on the beach there fit together is amazing negative gaper gap under and my baker and phenoms fit pretty damn good too
 
So i decided to do a little organizing 'round here and here is wuts up.

I've organized the types of goggles with 2 or more positive comments and mentioned the types of helmets that they go with. Not all types of goggles/helmets are shown but these were the most popular ones that i found. if anyones else wants to add to it go ahead.

Giro G10 (not MX) + A-frames = a bit of a gap, not the best but it works. I think I'll try it this year with the goggles under the helmet.
 
I know this is an old thread but i figured i might aswell use this instead of making a new one. Does anyone know how the giro combyn works with the smith i/o7 goggles or maybe someone has tried it with the i/ox's(i guess the curve of the top edge would be about the same on the two goggles).

It would probably fit fine, but I would just get a smith helmet. I picked up the smith maze and the io7s and there is basically no gap.
