Good Espresso Machines?

First, I search barred and nothing came up!
-Ok Newschoolers, I'll just start off and ask if any of you have any recommendations on any good espresso machines? Lets not get crazy and think Im paying for a $500 machine. I drink a lot of coffee, in the mornings I usually have just black coffee that I make with a french press, bean grinder, and some higher quality beans. But if I want a cup of coffee with like milk in it, I would like to have a nice espresso machine. I already have one, but would like to see if there is anything better. I dont really want to hear about your espresso machine that you think is good that your mom has and you never owned anything else. Or people that order white chocolate mochas, etc...+K for Hommies with good answers!

Bialetti Moka Espresso. I use it nearly everyday before school and it brews a pretty damn decent espresso. It's like 20 bucks so you save money and go buy a frothier if you're in to cappuccinos or lattes.
 
Thanks, I have a delonghi haha, its ok, what's a bitch is making multiple shots because u got to refill the shot cup thing like multiple times and the only way is take it out while its boiling hot, and take a spoon to scoop it out, then wait for it to get hot again and do another shot. Im looking for a machine that makes real good shots of expresso and that hopefully simple. I do own a frothier, so really Im looking for a machine to make shots of expresso. Thanks +k
 
you have to do that with any espresso machine unless you have multiple heads like on a professional machine. The only difference is that with a professional machine you don't have to wait for it to heat up you just clean it out and fill it up and tamp it then let it rip.
 
Ok thanks +k. Just wondering if theres a way that it would be faster to make shots. My only complaint is burning my fingers to get the used beans out.
 
Nespresso Machine?

I mean, pretty much everyone has one here in Switzerland, it's pretty damn good, lots of choice and easy as hell to use.

Now it might be a bit too expensive for you, I don't know.
 


Just had to make an account to join in and agree! It really isnt so authentic perhaps, but so smooth when it comes to topping up the caffeine level.
 
do you have a portifilter on your machine? you can knock it out instead of digging it out with your fingers...
