Good boot fitter in Vancouver?

i would take a drive over to destination. those guys are really legit. there is an older guy that works there that studied to be a doctor and knows where all the pressure points, tendons and what not in your feet are, which is very helpful for bootfitting.
 
i got my first legit pair of ski boots at destination and the boot fitter was fucking useless. i ended up in a 24.5 boot when i should be in a 22.5 or 21.5. i had no clue how boots were supposed to fit because i hadn't skied since i was 10 years old and he was absolutely no help with trying to find something that actually fit my feet.

just come to whistler and go to fanatico. the guys in there are awesome
 
Just a followup, went to snow covers on 3rd ave today, read some recommendations about them. The staff knew their shit and I got set up with a good pair of boots. They did some minor tweaks on the shell and adjusted my bindings, both for no cost. I looked online and the prices they charge for the boots are the same as anywhere else, evo gear and REI included. I recommend them.
 
When i went to destination to look at fulltilts, i talked to the older guy there, i think his name was paul? He really knew his shit, I'd be confident in going to them.
 
this. one of the older guys who works there is a good bootfitter, he fitted me and knows whats up for sure.
 
yeah i'd say go with the old guy for sure.. because the middle aged guy who fitted me there was fucking useless.. i'd never had boots fitted before but he didn't check the shell on my feet, or the liners on my feet... he just made me put the boots on. and walk around. of course they are going to feel fine in the shop you aren't packing them out yet. arghh mistake made.. at least they were super comfy for teaching in.
 
i would make the trip to fanatico, they sell the boots at the msrp and pretty much require you to buy a custom footbed but they really know their shit. plus you can take your boots back any time for the rest of the time you own them and they will fix any problems you have free
