Ya so Im going to Montana State in like 3 weeks and Im from the east so I dont have a good big mountain ski. Anyone have any suggestions?

Ive skied Gotama's, Made'ns, and Salomon Gun Labs (aka this years Gun) and of the 3 I liked the Gun the best.

Gotamas were fun but stiff and long turning.

Made'ns were soft and fun but the 179 was too short for me.

Salomons were a pefect balance of turnability and stability. And I will be using them when I go to Silverton next week.

depending on size..mojo 90 or mojo 105...and i know where you can get mojo 90's with mojo 11 bindings for like 200 american..PM me for the link...

Try Dynastar Big Trouble - mount them back 1- 2 cm if you don't want to use them primarily for park skiing. Great in powder, great in crud, good in bumps and surprisingly good on groomers. Tends to ski a bit short so longer is ok.

Skinny, and they will be a lesser Big Mtn ski than other skis in the catagory. Check out 186 Prophet 100s, Line did a great job with this ski.

seths, gots, JP vs Julien. I love my Jps and there the best pow skis i've ever skied but yeah theres heaps out there.
