Good and cheap place to live in breck??!

Good evening boys and girls!

Just wondered if anyone of you would know a good place to live in breckenridge or not far afrom? I'ts me and my mate from sweden that are going to stay there between 15 dec - 15 march. We have got a place to live now but I made a thread a couple of days ago and some said we could find better but we have looked everywhere and we cant find any better/cheaper.

I think the main problem is that we are only 2 persons right now and if we were to be more there would ofcourse be alot easier to pay the rent.

Here is the thread that I made
https://newschoolers.com/web/forums/readthread/thread_id/554434/

And this is what the woman sended on email about the prices.

Note that this isnt all the prices included. You were to pay a fee for electricity, internet, 2-400 dollars for making sure that if something is broken you have to pay the money..

Hi,

Our places are single family residences. They are small chalets in

a resort area with amenities, 3 miles from Breckenridge on the free

Sumitt Shuttle line. the chalet has a bedroom, full bath and full

kitchen and living area. the sofa makes into a bed and, or there is a

"short" loft for sleeping. Mattresses on the floor, and the height of

the loft is only 4 1/2 foot tall.

For the winter months we charge $1200 per month for 2 person

occupancy. There is a holiday surcharge for over Christmas and New

Years $250 per week. There is also a cleaning fee of $75 at the end of

your stay, applicable taxes and processing fee. Hope you saw the

pictures of chalet #5 on our website www.rbreckenridgechalet.com

Have you rented in Breckenridge prior to this? If not, you would

love it, it is a wonderful little Victorian Town in a winter wonderland

setting. Do you have references? Last year we had delightful guests

from Sweden and Norway staying at our chalets, so would look forward to

your staying here as well.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me again. Thanks so much for your inquiry.

Best regards,

Jeannie

My advice would be to not look under the Apartment/Homes for rent... look for Rooms/Shared to rent. You'll have a much better chance finding two rooms in a house that already has roommates for a lot cheaper.
