Going to Boulder tomorrow for a college visit

Hey just wondering what i should expect. I have a tour set up. Just wondering what else to do thanks K+
 
Get ridiculously stoned. That's what most people do here all day. The boulder lifestyle. Also, you should climb the flatirons. Check out the hill as well. That's where all the college kids live. There's some good sub shops there too. If you're gonna eat in Boulder, check out Half Fast Subs or Cheba Hut. Salvaggios is pretty good too.
 
Personally I've never been there, but one of my buddies went once and had a WILD story. He said he got wasted ended up taking 5 hits of acid and woke up tripping nuts. Seems to be a pretty savage party place haha.
 
um the buff obviously.

cheeba hut, half fast, and 99% of everything on the hill (besides salvagios) sucks. go to pearl or 29th street mall for good food. also thanks for the recommendation for sun deli gus. that place is the fuckin bomb dankles.
 
hit the nail right on the head on that one, i was about to say cheeba hut is overpriced, half fast is okay, both don't give you nearly a sufficient amount of meat, salvs is the bomb
 
Maybe it's different in different regions. I've always known pigs in a blanket as sausage in a pancake.
 
Just don't get peer pressured into a free solo you're not comfortable with. Seriously. But if you've been climbing a while, the first and third ones are pretty good for that. And if you end up going there, be sure to hit up Rocky Mountain National Park for some big boy fun (aka alpinism).
 
Boulder is awesome. CU campus is sooo nice, but the student population is pretty high, still pretty roomy though. I'm going down for a 2nd visit on the 9th
