My Mom and i are going out west this Christmas Break and i was wondering on what mountain i should go to, any ideas?

and my mom wants to stay in the colorado area for some reason.

keystone. it's pretty fucking sick. i've never been to breck but its somewhat similar to keystone with a more legit town. i've heard it's windy there tho

well the past 2 xmas's, colorado hasn't had great snow. I went last year to vail area and it was shit snow. Tahoe area last year got dumped on, and there's a bunch of different mountains you can go to. Northstar has a dope park, Squaw and alpine have dope backcountry.

how good of a skier are you? do you want park or all mountain or backcountry? Colorado area as in like denver or as in somewhere in colorado?

All mountain pretty good skier, vail will be the best

Aspen is good if you are good skier

obviously keyston and breck for park

lemme know specifics and i can help you out

go to salt lake city. you have alta, snowbird, brighton, solitude, park city, and canyons within 35 minutes. you will have a blast, park or pow.

Yeah for sure I ski with her allmost everytime I go. Kinda funny sometimes because people think she's my girlfriend haha

I used to ski with my dad, until he had an accident and fucked his life up big time.

It was always great times

vail is so fucking good. the trails go on for miles and are so wide. it's sick. and their park is mad legit actually.

i would stay in the summit county area because you have 6 places all within 30 min of each other vail on a powder day can be really fun so can breck but since it will be over Christmas break we usally don't have verry good snow then so i would say breck or keystone both will a great park by then

SLC or Tahoe... but I would recommend Spring Break cause of better snow and more of a base lair, plus all the parks will be prime at that time. But Christmas would be dope too. In SLC you are 20-30 minutes away from either great park at park city, great terrain at snowbird, or in between at the canyons. At Tahoe you are close to Squaw and Alpine Meadows for terrain, and Northstar for park. idk about CO during Christmas Break, hopefully next year will be a good snow year so there will be a decent base by then.

vail will be good for all mountain and with your mom its a good bet. my mom loves vail so i think thats the way to go. its huge

sorry to grave dig but didn't want to make a new thread about something that has been talked before.

My family and I are planning on doing a ski trip this Christmas, but we didn't really know where to go.

2 things:

-We are 2 family, which one of them has 2 young kids, so we need a mountain that has some Family trails.

-I want to make the most out of it so where is a good place that has already received a LOT of snow by Christmas?

thanks and +k To anyone!

I'm gona go out on a limb and guess your mom is pretty sexy, or at least doesnt look like a mom if shes being mistaken for a gf

Granlibakken, sol vista, or ski cooper, maybe cloudmont, but their terrain is super intense, especially with the new private tram access
