We are going March 6th - March 13th , and skiing at those 2 mountains... Will they be packed during those times? I dont rlly kow much about real big mountains because I only ski at local mountains in NY : (

I know there arr a lott of mountains to ski at CO, but my dad is focused on those two... that a good idea?

vail is amazing. the mountain is so big you can go somewhere else if there's a line. i havent skied at breck but i hear great things. also check out beaver creek.

also- northwoods lift at vail. i wont say anything else

Here's my advice: Keystone sucks except for the park. Traffic is absolutely ungodly on weekends. Breck and Vail both get super crowded on weekends too. Just check snow reports and go to the mountain that got the most. If there hasn't been snow for a while, Vail will probably be better.

Vail is so amazing! stay there and you wont even want to go to breck unless all you want is to ski park. ive been skiing at vail and breck and keystone for my whole life and breck always just fills up with a bunch of retards who have no idea what their doing. stay at vail and you will not regret it!

sounds good to me, though i do want at least one day in the park, so i guess ill be goin to breck for the park day and vail the others, i just pray its not crazy and hectic the week i go

Always a good idea. March is our snoweist month, and most spring breaks aren't til a little later. You'll have lots of fun.

North woods is good early in the day, i ususally make a couple runs there before heading to the backside. Blue sky basin is awesome, there is fun glades skier's left in the china bowl, go along the edge, it doesn't get tracked as fast as everything else. And a day or two after you get snow hit up the mongolia bowls, it's a bitch to get back to everything but the snow will still be good there. Check my pics if you want. The first cliff is above the poma accessing the mongolia bowls, and the other two are lover's leap, blue sky basin.

For breck, hit skier's left of the horseshoe bowl, under the 6 chair is always fun, and good for windy days.

Have a good trip man.

night skiing at keystone is sick if ur wasted. yeah hate on me for drunk skiing. ur lift ticket at breck will work at keystone. it is the same ticket

Both are so fun, you should have a blast whether you're at keystone, vail or breck, im from the east also and I was blown away at how big these mountains are

yea ill prob go crazy when I see 'em 2... Hopefully I can adjust to the pow!! on the NY slopes, theres either 3" or less of snow, and only for a day, because for some reason they have to groom the s--t outta the slopes right after it snows

ive been to all those resorts mentioned above
order of best to least good is imo:
vailbreckkeystonebeaver creek

all are amazing - beaver in pow was nice - but not much backcountry/off piste options
vail is awesome - back bowls = pure sickness!

Well there is a 5day pass for like $360 for Vail/ Beaver Creek so were prob. hittin those 2... Vail first 3 days, then BC for last 2, hopefully BC has a good park!

vail, while not as good as breck's, still has a SICK park. even if you're not going to vail for the park, hit it a few time and see what you think. the jumps aren't the best, but the rail park is redicilous. the pipe is sick (thank you free flow tour). i'll probably see you up there.

if your gong to ski park, then you should definatly go there. if your going to ski big mountain and try to find some powder go to vail. unless it snows a couple inches at breck, that it can be really good
