if u get some stuff inbewteen ur lensese is their anything u can do that might get some of the stuff out of it without ruining the lenses

 
Depends what model you have, if you've got Oakley's i had some tuff in my a frames once and you take em out, get a thin cloth and put it through the middle of them. But thats only for a frames.

I'm not too sure, I have Spy's and I'm not sure if that's possible or not. I've never had it happen...

Since you didn't say what you have on the inside of the lenses, it's kind of hard to help, no?

If you've got water spots, run some water in between the lenses, shake them out as dry as you can get them, and then put them on a heater. This usually dries them clear.
