Goggles-Smith or Dragon

So I'm looking at getting new goggles, and I've narrowed it down to two pairs. They're basically the same price(like 5 buck difference) and both come with a second lense. The first is the Smith Fuse platoon color scheme

The second one is Dragon's DX vice series, the 'bier' or the heineken model.

Does anyone know how each goggle models work performance wise?

I like the look of teh dragons better, but can't tell you peformance characteristics.

I like the Smiths better, and the optics are most likely better.

Or you could just get a better pair like Oakleys with spherical lenses and the best optics.

Go with smith, along with oakley, they make some of the best lenses out there. The overall quality is better too.

my dragon lenses cracked a week in and they wouldnt replace them cause they said it was my fault, so im not goin dragon agin, dunno about smiths(sick lookin designs and lesnes, never tried em tho) and oakleys are legit

iv only ever worn spy or VZ so i couldnt tell you performance wise on either of those

but judging by style n looks, id say smith

ive always had good experiences with smith goggles..... there pretty insulated so they keep ur face warm too

Dragons used to be pretty good but now I feel that their quality and style is not so good

have you tried either on? because they both fit different and you want the one that fits the best. unless you care only about looks. but usually you want to buy that one that actually fits.

Well I've tried the Smith ones one, they fit fine. I have yet to try the dragon ones. I'm sure they're good with helmets too so I'm not worrying much about that. And I doubt I'll ever rock oakley at all. Their goggles fog up too much on me, & didn't fit my helmet at all.

ya i love the look of dragons but imo their lenses suck. mine got wet and all the antifog stuff smeered and i could not even use them. smiths are good quality but im not feeling the color.

By what fits then. I wear nothing but smith and love it. Optics are A+ and they rarely fog on me.

If you don't have to rock the latest fashions/colours, you can score some Fuses online super cheap with the mirror or sensor lenses, likely more then 1/2 retail of this years prices.

The Fuses are the best goggles I have ever used. They probably have about 75+ days on them, and are still going strong.
