Goggles giant blows/coupon for them

I bought some EG2's from them day or so later i get an email saying they have been shipped usps, but another day later i get another email saying that they no longer have them in stock and will not charge my credit card. I checked my Credit card statement and they charged me for them. I have tryed to email them several times but to answer back.

They gave me a coupon code if anyone wants to use it: a10
has anyone else had issues with them?
