thanks for all the support, and i didnt rape any one. my biggest moral belief is respecting womens/ girls boundries. and i pissed her off a smidge when her friend and i started hitting it off after she broke up with me... but she mainly wanted to see some sort of negitive emotion out of me, because i am always happy and i guess that fact rubbed her the wrong way.

and as for that put my pecker away for a while.. that is my game plan, i plan on being single and only having friends as well as going as far as hugging...

Man tha sucks dude. Being falsly accused of a crime is one of my worst fears. I dont see how you can possibly be convicted though. Its her word against yours.

dude that sucks soo much sack. it seems like all a girl has to do nowadays is say "(name here) raped me" and (name here) ends up in jail. no questions asked. even if the dude is proven not guilty, they're still fucked if word gets out. i would normally tell you to just chill and get this whole ordeal off your mind for awhile, but i know thats gonna be hard to do. if i were you i'd call a really good lawyer that'll get those crazy women in loads of trouble, but thats never cheap. so....... i guess since you didn't do it, things will just play themselves out and that emo chick, and hopefully your ex, will get screwed and humiliated
 

this reminds me of 6 months back when my friend from out of town came with his little brother. well the little brother ended up fucking this girl who was very drunk, semi consensual. well she went through the whole process of bringing a rape case with a lawyer. Only problem was that besides me and a couple of other people, no one knew he was, he got away clean as a whistle. They went through an thorough investigation but came up empty, and I'm happy for him.
Best of luck with yours man, but remember, you're under 18 so you're good. You can swipe your juvenile record clean once you turn 18 (I did it to erase my assault and battery charges). Just don't fuck underage girls once you turn 18, a guy I know ended up for a short while in jail because this underage girl seduced him while he was drunk, with the plan of suing him for statutory rape to get $, which she did.
 
yea, i know it sounds fucked up to get accused twice before your 18 but the girl who is currently trying to blame me is a crazy attention whore, who says she has been raped twice before by two different guys...i dont know what is going through her head, and dont really care at this point
