ok, so last year i pissed my ex girl friend off and she got supper pissed and decided to charge me with rape.. well we were 16 at the time so it is statory, but that went through and it got dropped down to disturbing the peace because i passed all my tests and shit. so i got put on diversion for disturbing the peace.. well that is what i thought and what i supposedly pleaded to, but something else came up lately this weird emo you can call it a thing i talked to for a week found out i was going through this whole rape thing and made a story that says i forced her to give me head behind a church (fucked up already). well the fine cop at my school decided to investigate a case of rape...i kissed her once because i felt sorry for her, but sopposedly she has been raped twice before we met. but he is talking to every one i know or even talk to... but since this was brought up he looked at my file and he saw that i was being charged with a previous count of rape (not what i pleaded to, which was disturbing the peace.)

so pretty mmuch i am freaking out i have less than one year until in am 18 and i am just starting a secound thing of statory rape... im sorry but i cant talk to any one about this because if it gets around my town i could get royaly fucked please dont hate this is really fucking stressful and i have to play life on the outside of me as being just peachy, so on te inside i am about to explode and made colombine look like a pillow fight (figure of speach). but i am not trying to be an attention whore or get sympothy. i just need to let some one know the shit in my life...but no i am not some pedafile thing i just like the pussy...

She's a bitch. That sucks so much. She could get up to 90 days in jail or more and get fined $1500 or more.
 
Meant it towards the fact that I've dealt with a very similar situation, but didn't really want to throw that out on the forums....

Girls are insane. This kid was banging this girl next door to me (dorms) and in the middle of it she started screaming rape for no reason. Good thing his best friends girl friend was across the hall and busted in and told the girl she know she was lying and she will tell the cops shes lying. What the fuck is wrong with some girls that really fucks with your head.

my old room mate tried that on her boyfriend, she tried to get me to be a witness since i was rooming with her at the time, i wanted nothing to do with it and when i got questioned i said i wanted nothing to do with it except that she was a self absorbed drama queen and didnt witness anything

And for all of the women out there, I would be just as furious about this. These fucking women that call rape over nothing are degrading the impact of when it really happens. Women are having to go through recounting their experiences and convincing people because dumb ass bitches get drunk and do something they regret and call rape or just fabricate it entirely. Women who falsely accuse a man of rape, should get the exact punishment the male would have received had he been convicted of the false allegations.

When i was in elmentary a girl in my class was craving attention and fabricated the story that our janitor felt her up. it ruined the mans life. his wife divorced him and he had to move towns and was on the news and everything. its once of the worst things a girl can do to a guy
 
dude that sounds terrible...stay positive and relaxed and the truth will come out hopefully you can get a good lawyer for this if it ends up in court because this is straight bullshit.

Rape is obviously a serious thing.. but I just want to let some of these people know that:

Rape =/= regret

Just because someone regreted later that she or he had sex with someone does not mean they were raped when it happened.

Just talked about this last night in my criminal investigations class. If he knows anything about investigating crimes especially in a high school an relating to statutory than he should know that a girl that reports a rape more than once generally is immature and has a little issue with lying (especially in your case). Tell the truth and it will pan out in your favor. He said, she said isn't enough to get you convicted big guy. I'm surprised that the first charge got changed to a disturbing the peace. How did that end up in your file with an alleged rape attached to it and how did they find you guilty of anything with her in the first place?
