I remember the first time I saw this video.... I was in awe the entire time. I just came across it again and figured I would share it with you people even though everyone is into dubstep these days.
Yo-Yo Ma joins forces with Chris Thile (effing awesome mandolin player), Edgar Meyer, and Stuart Duncan to form the massively talented group, Goat Rodeo.
Please watch the first 10 minutes of this.... it's raw and beautiful talent.

I found this about a month ago and bought the whole album. So fantastic. There was a documentary in theaters for ONE DAY. at the end of january and I MISSED IT. I was so mad.

yo-yo ma's musicianship is absolutely amazing. He plays with so much emotion and feeling. The Mandolin player was great too. Not a fan of stuart duncan. Good technically but he doesn't really communicate music well to me.

But overall thanks for that I have never heard it before. However, I was expecting a goat to do a rodeo.
