Go pro pole mount how to help??

i just got an hd go pro and i want to make a chest mount. i search barred but didnt find anything all that helpful. can anyone tell me exactly what i need and how to do it? i have extra ski poles, and a chest mount but thats it. i can buy whatever i need to make one i just dont know what i need.

I believe you need the handlebar mount which is sold seperately. Or get very creative with duct tape
