very frustrated right now. i dont no how to get my go pro to mount on my desktop. the manual just informs you to plug it into the usb. did that nothing. i have a macbook and i had restarted and shut down. any tips i just want to import footage and im about to give up. thanks
 
i think you have to turn it on once its plugged in. i did this with my one a few times when i first got it.it doesnt charge though when its plugged in and on. has to be off.
