Gnarliest Inbounds skiing..

thats like one place man, i skied alta for a day even hiked a bit outta bounds and there wasnt a ton of that.... central on cody is easily that and there is much more in jackson

there is nothing you have to rope up to feel safe skiing in jackson...unless you get cliffed out which might happen and you have to repel over.

your right its one area and its as grnarly as you can get anywhere.

but like i said if you think alta is normal you are lost.

Alpine has all the same gnarliness as far as cliffs and lines as Squaw they just dont have as quite as much inbound terrain and you have to hike to get the goods.

Then again some of those tram face lines at Squaw are as gnarly as anything gets in the North America resorts but of course thats some cutthroat poachin.....

j-hole.

def not the tougest, but up there

topic: gnarliest inbounds skiing.

when I read gnarly i think dangerous, not good cliffs to air.

then i think europe.

but for north america, crested butte or jackson or silverton.

for sure s&s lookers left of corbets at jackson over corbets. my claim to fame is hitting that when i got last old tram. 30+ foot air to a couloir . some snowboarder with a 130cm on or someshit like that dressed in a tux did it too.

The scary thing about this picture is it really does not give much perspective on just how steep that stuff is. It is much steeper than it looks in that photo. I love Silverado on a powder day.

that whole picture with the squaw tram is steep. The angle of the photo doesnt give it due justice though. that's why there's a TRAM to get to the top......not a lift.

That's just ONE spot of gnar at squaw

fuckin rights grouse mountain, gnarliest shit out there. at some high points in the season theres no snow on the runs...fuckin sick

alpental next to snocomp can be good in the BC but its small can find some decent stuff tho nothing on like jackson or somtin alright tho
