GMD or Rustler

I got offered a job as a bellhop at GMD and a job as a busser at Rustler (Alta, if you dont know what Im talking about) for this winter. Which should I take?

Basically I'm wondering if anyone has experience with working for either of these places, or has heard good or bad things about either.

Yeah, if you work at Alfs or Collins you get lodging. All the hotels (Peruvian, GMD, Rustler, etc) give free lodging too.

They also give free food and a pass, so its a pretty good deal.
