I always use mittens. I have bad circulation, so my hands get cold easily. Mittens just seem to do a much better job keeping my hands warm. Leather mittens are the best.

yeah it took me a little while to get used to gripping my poles with mittens on but I mean i tried every high dollar glove there was and my hands always got frozen. Then i buy a 30 dollar pair of mittens and my hands are never cold again I guess i have shitty circulation
