Gloves or mittens?

gloves. never did the mittens thing, heard it is mad warm but my hands sweat wearing park gloves in the dead of winter so I'm all good.

if it is going to be below 15 during the day it is all about the mits, i prefer them but jsut can't handle them when it gets too warm, and after you wear them for a while you aren't losing any dexterity, I can text with my mitens on
i have the sickest pair of retro 1980's neon blue goretex mittens that i rock with the orange coat. so baller, but when its not mittens, its all about the insulated carpenter gloves. super toasty, super comfy, and such a sick deal ($10 at your local hardware store) i'd suggest them to people

really, i like mittens better, but it doesn't feel right holding my poles with them, so i rock the gloves.

mittens if the temperature is going to be below 5 degrees Fahrenheit with windchill
gloves with hand warmers from 5-15 degrees
above that i wear regular gloves
then on warm days, i picked up some all purpose gloves from home depot for like $10 and they work great... as long as you dont put your hands down on the snow a lot. they are so cheap that i have two pairs in case they get soaked and cold.

Mittens.
I don't dial with them on anyway, can't do a touch screen with either. Plus they are mad warm. But the carpenter gloves work also, especially the ones that road workers use, they have orange and/or yellow reflective piping on them, and are pretty dang warm.

normally seen i wear these full leather gloves that look like workgloves, just because i need gloves that can take a beating and will stay warm if you're spending your whole day in knee or waist deep pow (yes this is an epic claim!)i believe they're Black diamond Kingpins....^^great glove

Both? I have some Hestra Freerides for gloves and some old Reusch mittens that I got from my dad that have a U.S. Freestyle Ski Team patch on them. They're awesome.

They're like those except they're white and purple and the patch thing says U.S. Freestyle Ski Team instead of racing.
