When I ski pow my hands get really sweaty. Does anyone know any gloves that ventilate and stay dry, but at the same time, are warm? Please help he out thanks!
 
Get something with a removable wool liner and if you can afford it, some kind of breathable shell outer. Nothing will keep your hands dry from the inside out like something set up like that. I know Hestra has a few like that, and also Arc'Teryx. So yeah, probably pretty pricey but really nice gloves.
