Glidecam Wrist Brace

Does anybody use a wrist brace when glidecamming? After about a minute my wrist gets tired so i was thinking about buying a wrist guard to take the weight off my wrist.
 
i have used one while skiing. not mine but it was kinda nice to use for following long lines. i don't think i would get one for myself cuz i only have a hd2000 60d setup but on his glidecam he has an HPX 250 and hd4000 so it was more necessary there.

they do help though
