1337 Active member Staff member Oct 4, 2012 #2 i'd guess that'd be uniquephoto's fault. Call them ASAP, demand a return for a 100% working one. I haven't looked them up online, but they sound shady...

B BA.berger Member Oct 5, 2012 #6 Sounds weird, I think it must be a production fail(not the dealers fault) I have glidecam myself and it looks pretty hard to remove the gimbal..
