Glidecam Help

I've bought a glidecam 2000 pro, and I need help setting it up, any ideas? I have a quick release.

Read the instructions, watch youtube videos, figure it out. No way me or anyone else is gonna write you some guide when you can figure it out on your own. Keep in mind, its never going to feel perfect and its going to take alot of practice before you start to get good with it, so be patient, practice and apply yourself.
