Glidecam HD 2000 + quick release

Hey nsers, I have a quick question. I'm planning on buying a glidecam hd 2000 and quick release plate from someone and it's a 9/10 condition wise. I'm buying it for $380 later tomorrow would you say that's a good deal for me?

$350 would be better but $380 isn't terrible if it's like new. I've been seeing them go on craigslist around here (NY) for around $300 without a quick release and with minor scratching
