Get your seasons and 5 x 7 passes cheap before the season starts
 
ya really. they probably get a sick 20 foot flat box that they will put at a 90 degree incline.
they really need a skier in terrain park maintenance
 
then apply. I jib at carlisle arena once in a while, come out and show me you have some skills to fix features and i will see what i can do to get you on as a volunteer
 
I just got their info book thing in the mail today. Said they are putting $50,000 of features into the park. But it only mentioned a c box... hmm wonder what the hell they got.

im stoked for this year cause i heard that were supposed to get a shit ton of snow this year
 
Yeah after last years winter I think we deserve something good. Hopefully it hits us hard early. But im not getting my hopes up haha
 
so since your saying that the gapers are going to be out of your way i'm assuming that you are not going to be buying a park pass?
 
i know last year the new down flat down they bought is compatible with other kits, so im assuming that they might be able to use their 50 grand of stuff together and maybe be able to not skrew everything up this year
 
i talked to park staff...
they ordered a whopping 18 new features. Rails bonks and everything in between i believe. I know they ordered a 20ft single bar down rail that will be going on the first drop on lovers lane. Both sunset and lovers this year will be full size parks, with sunset focusing on jumps, lovers on jibs. The small park will be moved to boomerang.
There will also indeed be a park pass this year, not sure on the details though
 
although i'd rather not pay for a park pass, i guess it will keep all the gapers out which should help.
 
This sounds sick, im gonna be going every morning during the weekdays before the crowds.For atleast january ,so hoping i spot some ns out there haha.
 
oh sick i see you go to Mac, I go to school in Westdale which is basically where Mac is, but we should definently go down to glen some times this season
 
my car is in oakville so i wont be able to drive but we'll figure something out. im off classes usually in the afternoon so night skiing would be solid. and my Thursdays are empty so im going to see if i can go all day
 
yea for sure i have a few buddies who live near campus who could give us rides, but we have a while till snow hits glen eden haha
