Give me some ISP suggestions

Hey kids, it's your friendly neighborhood arab here. I'm looking to switch from Comcast internet, given that they're complete and total assbags, and I need some suggestions for good alternate ISP's that don't jew their customers out of the full speed they pay for. I'm currently paying ~60 for 30Mbps, and I've currently got 150ms ping with 23Mbps download as the rep is lying to my face, telling me my service is at full quality. Suggestions? Also, customer service is a plus.

Just talk to them, threaten you're going to change ISPs and they'll upgrade you.

This. My mom does this all the time for cable and they upgraded it and cut the price in half for 2 years. Basically going to happen in 2 years again.
