so my g/f sent my helment out last saturday to get some waranty work done well the ear piece bracket came completely out of the helmet and sun and ski calls me today and says my helmet is ready to be picked up so i was like wow already its really only been 4 days since it didnt get shipped until monday so she picks it up and the just sent a whole new helmet i was so pumped. this is prolly the best customer service that i have ever recieved from a ski company on warranty work or any company that does warranty work
