Giro helmet with video cam.

I have Giro g10mx and Panasonic NV-GS320 cam. I know, its not the newest one.. But still, I would like to try use it as a helm cam.How could I make a secure set up?

http://www.ram-mount.com^^various camera mounts; unfortunately they don't have standard helmet bases, so you could get a flat mount and epoxy it onto your helmet ....

or you could drop 200$ and get a gopro HD hero 960or drop 300$ and get the full HD hero....

 
Those could help me. Unfortunately I really don't have any spare money right now, just bought new outwear and skis.Thanks ^^
